Our Magnesium Citrate
Magnesium can be obtained through your diet from various foods. However, most people in the U.S. probably do not get as much magnesium as they should from their diet. Foods rich in magnesium include whole grains, nuts, and green vegetables such as chlorophyll and green leafy vegetables, which are particularly high in magnesium. The most bioavailable forms of Magnesium are magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate, with MD Logic’s Magnesium providing the latter.
