Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You may cancel your order (on individual products) if it has not already been shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation once it has been shipped.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may pause or cancel any or all Subscriptions at any time after the initial order has been shipped out. Your first order cannot be paused to a later date. Please submit cancellation requests at least 3 business days before the Subscription is scheduled to rebill. If there is an outstanding order associated with your Subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by MD Logic Health.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us regarding a return or refund before shipping the item(s) to us.

Do you offer refunds?

Please contact us regarding a return or refund approval before shipping the item(s) to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
