I am a woman in my late 30s who has always been very petite. Inexplicably, for the past ~6 years I have been underweight compared to what I feel is my healthiest weight - so about 2 pant size decrease while changing nothing about my diet/activity level. I eat lots of healthy fats and proteins in an attempt to gain weight. I'm fairly active but not burning enough calories to where this makes much sense. Gaining weight has been almost impossible. This year I started more weight training and have been very diligent about protein shakes daily. I gained a tiny bit of weight - very subtle though. Enter Daily Aminos. Let me say, the placebo effect is not strong with me. After a few weeks (maybe 6-8) on the aminos I am back to my self-proclaimed "healthy" weight. I actually need new pants and my curves are back, in a good way, and have gained a lot of muscle. I'm truly amazed. My workouts also feel easier and I feel stronger. I had no expectation of this nature - just wanted to fuel my body well since I was working out more and did NOT want to lose more weight. It's like this stuff resets/stabilizes your metabolism in the appropriate direction - even for those of us underweight! What a fantastic surprise.
I love content and most of the ingredients in this supplement. However it’s entirely way too sweet. I have to use about 32oz of water with a serving to dilute it. I worry about the maltodexrin and citric acid but I’m sure they are from clean sources. I will continue to use for a full 90 days to see the energy improvement.
All of the MD Logic products are of high quality. It only seems to be a matter of days that you feel a difference once I start taking the products recommended by my physician. Adrenal Balance is surely one of those products.
I have taken BCAAs in the past and they were intolerable. This essential aminos is so delicious, at the beginning it was an acquired taste but now I crave it every day during my work out.

MD Logic's spirulina came in at a lower price point that Energy Bits, but requires a full hand wash after removing from bag. Not sure if that happened in shipping/delivery or how they are actually made but the dust residue is very noticeable. Too early for me to tell the difference between the two products at this point as I just finished a bag of Energy Bits last week.
It took about a month when I started feeling the effects on my sleep. I wake up less often, if at all, far less tossing and turning. I highly recommend this product!
