I have been able to manage stress and anxiety so much better by taking this supplement daily! I love it and I make sure to take it everyday. I forget to take supplements that need particular timing with meals and such, but as long as I take this supplement in the first half of the day, I have nothing else to worry about!!
I’ve taken a lot of different products to aid in digestion and keeping me regular. This one actually works. I was able to discontinue stool softeners and am taking 3 at bedtime. Highly recommend.

I really like this sublingual vitamin B 12! It Dissolves quickly and has a great taste. Also, compared to other sublingual B12 vitamins I’ve had this doesn’t stain up my mouth as much. I can clean it up really quick with a rinse of water.! the price is reasonable, especially when you can take advantage of one of the sales or if you do a subscription. So far so good I’ve been using it for a month and it works great for that little energy boost in the morning, along with my MD logic creatine plus electrolytes.
It is tasteless and dissolves great in coffee. It doesn't make me puffy either.

The Multi-Mag Brain Formula mixes well with no taste or stomach issues. It appears to be helping calm and focus in my child. Only issue is it thickens the drink if not mixed with enough liquid which gives a thicker texture to the drink and may take a little bit to get used to.
The taste is refreshing and I really noticed an improvement in my strength and stamina after using it for a fee weeks. I was struggling muscle fatigue and feel this product really helped.
