I like that it’s a small dissolvable oral tablet, that tastes good. The real test will be what my Vitamin B12 level will be with next bloodwork. My current level is very low and hoping this corrects this issue. I will update my review then.

I get the best sleep when I stay consistent with my daily inositol doses. I've tried other inositol brands but always got GI upset from it. This one is gentle and works really well.
