Yes. The raw ingredients are first tested by our in-house lab before they enter the facility. We test the core four laboratory tests: purity, strength, compliance, and identity. The final product is created in small batches for quality assurance and retested for the core four again upon completion. The final test is conducted by a third party before it is released for sale. 

When should I take Magnesium Nightcap?

While Magnesium Nightcap can be taken at any time, it may be beneficial to take it within 30 minutes of eating a meal and with a full glass of water. Current clinical trials have been conducted with two doses split between the morning and evening.

This seems to help with better sleep, more than my regular magnesium. Though I still take both 🙂
