Organic Acacia Gum
From the acacia tree
A gentle, non-viscous soluble fiber that mixes invisibly and is well tolerated even by sensitive stomachs. Long valued for nourishing beneficial gut bacteria.*
Four plant-based fibers in one effortless scoop — featuring clinically studied Solnul® resistant potato starch to feed your gut and keep things moving.*
Unflavored & additive-free — mixes clean into any beverage. Take it with your first meal.
Most fiber products lean on a single source. Daily Multi-Fiber blends four complementary plant fibers — soluble, insoluble, fermentable and resistant — so different parts of your gut microbiome get fed across the length of the colon.*
From the acacia tree
A gentle, non-viscous soluble fiber that mixes invisibly and is well tolerated even by sensitive stomachs. Long valued for nourishing beneficial gut bacteria.*
Upcycled non-GMO potato
A clinically studied resistant potato starch that travels intact like an insoluble fiber, then ferments fully like a soluble one to feed the gut.*
From sugar beet
Short-chain fructooligosaccharides ferment quickly and early in the colon, an easy fuel source for fast-acting beneficial bacteria.*
From chicory root
A longer-chain fructan that ferments more slowly and deeper in the colon — extending prebiotic activity further down the digestive tract.*
A single fiber ferments in one place. These four ferment at different rates and reach different stretches of the colon — so beneficial bacteria get fed from the first bend all the way to the deep end.*
From sugar beet, scFOS ferments quickly and early in the colon — a fast fuel that selectively feeds Bifidobacterium and butyrate-producing Anaerostipes.*
From chicory root, inulin is rapidly used by beneficial microbes to drive bifidogenesis and the production of short-chain fatty acids like acetate.*
A gentle, well-tolerated exudate from the acacia tree, it ferments slowly and steadily further along — supporting Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus and the colon's protective barrier.*
The resistant potato starch travels intact like an insoluble fiber, then ferments completely like a soluble one — reaching the far colon and cross-feeding butyrate-producers that help enrich Akkermansia.*
Solnul® is the “ambilateral” one — it travels intact like an insoluble fiber, then ferments completely like a soluble one. Because it's slow and low-FODMAP at its studied dose, it extends coverage into the deep colon without the urgency faster fibers can cause, which is a big part of why the blend feels gentle enough for every day.*
Promotes optimal gut motility and natural digestive regularity, so your routine stays comfortable and predictable.*
Helps fuel and nourish the beneficial gut microflora that underpin a balanced, resilient digestive system.*
Supports a feeling of prolonged satiety, helping you feel comfortably full between meals.*
The same clean 4-fiber blend shows up in very different routines for very different reasons. Find the one that sounds like you.
This is what a daily fiber is for. Four complementary fibers add gentle bulk and feed the bacteria that keep the colon moving, so your routine stays predictable — without the urgency a stimulant laxative brings.*
Fiber works best with water — take your scoop with a full glass. If you're new to added fiber, start with half a scoop for a few days and build up so your gut can adjust.
GLP-1 medications slow gastric emptying and curb appetite — which also means many people eat less fiber and notice constipation. A daily fiber supports regularity and feeds the microbiome while you eat less overall. It works on digestion, not on the drug itself.*
Fiber doesn't add to a GLP-1's weight or blood-sugar effect — it supports the digestive side, like regularity, that changes when you eat less. Both fiber and these medications can affect blood sugar and how other pills are absorbed, so tell the clinician managing your prescription, and take fiber and medication a couple of hours apart.
Researchers increasingly describe a “gut–skin axis”: the balance of your gut bacteria and the short-chain fatty acids they make appear to communicate with the rest of the body, skin included. A prebiotic fiber feeds that foundation. It's a from-the-inside habit, not a topical.*
The gut–skin axis is a genuinely active area of research, but it's still developing — this is foundational microbiome support, not a proven skin treatment, and it won't replace sun protection or a dermatologist. Give any from-within habit a few consistent months.
Soluble and fermentable fibers slow how quickly a meal reaches your bloodstream and feed bacteria that produce short-chain fatty acids tied to metabolic function. Taken with your first or largest meal, a daily fiber supports healthy blood sugar already within a normal range.*
This is everyday nutritional support for people already in a healthy range — not a treatment for diabetes or a substitute for one. If you take medication that affects blood sugar, loop in your prescriber before you start.
Different fibers ferment at different speeds and in different stretches of the colon. Four of them — acacia, resistant potato starch, scFOS and inulin — cover more of that terrain than any single fiber, producing short-chain fatty acids like butyrate that fuel the cells lining your gut.*
Prebiotics feed the bacteria you already have; probiotics add more — they're complementary, and many people take both. A little extra gas early on is normal as your microbiome adjusts, so easing in helps.
Not all fiber is created equal. Here's how a doctor-formulated, 4-fiber blend stacks up against the fiber products you'll find on most shelves.
| Daily Multi-Fiber | Typical Fiber Powders | Fiber Gummies | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiber sources | 4 complementary fibers | Usually 1 source | Often 1 source |
| Fiber per serving | 10 g | ~2.4–7 g | ~3–5 g |
| Clinically studied key ingredient | Solnul® RPS | Rarely | Rarely |
| Prebiotic — feeds good bacteria | Yes | Varies by fiber | Often |
| No added sugar or sweeteners | None | Varies | Often added |
| No artificial flavors or colors | None | Often flavored | Often added |
| Unflavored — mixes into anything | Yes | Usually flavored | Often added |

Solnul® is one of the few resistant starches studied in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in healthy adults. Over four weeks, a low daily dose was shown to support healthy levels of beneficial gut bacteria — and better stool form — compared with placebo.*
Clinical research refers to the Solnul® resistant potato starch. Daily Multi-Fiber delivers Solnul® as part of its 10g premium fiber blend.
A cornerstone of a healthy gut. In the trial, Solnul® supported significant increases versus placebo.*

Associated with the protective lining of the gut. The increases observed were noted by researchers as novel.*
Solnul®’s clinical trial is detailed above. Here’s the ingredient-level research on the other three fibers, with the context for each study so you can weigh it yourself — these describe studies on the ingredients, not claims about this product.
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial, 44 adults with constipation took chicory inulin for 4 weeks. Stool frequency rose significantly versus placebo. Chicory inulin also carries the EFSA-approved claim for contributing to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency.
Inulin contributes the slower-fermenting, deeper-colon share of the blend.
scFOS is made enzymatically from sugar-beet sucrose and is rapidly, selectively fermented by beneficial bacteria. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in overweight, prediabetic adults, scFOS produced a significantly greater rise in Bifidobacterium than placebo.
Context: this trial was run in a prediabetic population studying metabolic markers. Here scFOS contributes the fast-fermenting, early-colon part of the 4-fiber blend.
In a dose-response trial, 54 healthy volunteers took gum arabic daily for 4 weeks. Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli rose significantly versus the water control.

Different fibers ferment at different speeds and in different regions of the colon. Combining short-chain scFOS, longer-chain inulin, soluble acacia, and resistant Solnul® potato starch provides prebiotic activity across the length of the gut rather than in one spot.*
The blend is built around well-tolerated fibers, and Solnul® is low-FODMAP at its studied dose and ferments slowly. As with any fiber, you can start with a smaller amount and build up. If you’re pregnant, lactating, or being treated for a medical condition, talk with your health care professional first.
Our formulas are developed by our expert team of professional formulators, which includes our pharmacist, Shanti Ramjeet, RPH, doctors, scientists and nutritionists. Every product is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and rigorously lab-tested for contaminants.
