SUBSCRIPTION 

When you purchase a Subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the Subscription duration and frequency that you select. This reduces packaging, fuel, and energy, helping support the sustainability of the planet while helping you save money. 

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

 

SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNTS

All Subscriptions require an active account and a valid email address so that we can maintain communication with you regarding your account, Subscription status, and updates. We also require a credit card and/or debit card for subscriptions.

 

ORDER PLACEMENT, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION

Your initial order will be processed for shipment when the subscription order is placed. Your Subscription will continue, and you will be charged, at the beginning of each Subscription period, until you choose to cancel or pause your subscription indefinitely.

Please note that all orders are non-refundable, so if you cancel your subscription while your order is already in progress, you will not be refunded., You will only be charged for the cost of the product and the cost of shipping and handling, if applicable. 

You may pause or cancel any or all Subscriptions at any time after the initial order has been shipped out. Your first order cannot be paused to a later date. Please submit cancellation requests at least 3 business days before the Subscription is scheduled to rebill. If there is an outstanding order associated with your Subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by MD Logic Health.

ALL SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS ONCE SHIPPED ARE NONREFUNDABLE

To manage your Subscription, log into your account, go to your "My Account" section, and click "Manage My Subscriptions.” 

CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SPECIAL INCENTIVE SUBSCRIPTION SALE PRICING. 

To cancel your Subscription, you may do so by:

  • Emailing us at customerservice@mdlogichealth.com. In your email, include your name, email address associated with your Subscription, and what product(s) you would like to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 48 hours.
  • Canceling your subscription from your online account.

You may re-subscribe at any time, at the current promotional rate. The frequency of your product(s) in your Subscription may vary for each product.  

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent Subscription period. We will send you an email reminder prior to charging your payment provider each Subscription period. 

If you choose to cancel your Subscription at any time, your Subscription will terminate and we will not charge your payment provider for the subsequent Subscription period. You agree that we may either terminate or suspend your Subscription for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.
If any product is discontinued or otherwise becomes unavailable, MD Logic Health reserves the right to cancel your order and provide you a refund for the amount paid for the products.

 

SUBSCRIPTION COSTS

Your Subscription order’s final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, customs, duties fees, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include:

  • Sales tax, if applicable
  • Customs fees, if applicable, will be applied to each order shipped to Canada.
  • Shipping and handling costs
All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

SUBSCRIPTION ORDER PAYMENT


The credit or debit card used to place your initial Subscription will be charged each cycle until you cancel your Subscription, or modify your payment information. Orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to our fulfillment team for processing.

If your credit or debit card is declined at the time of a Subscription placement, your order will not be placed: you will be notified that your Subscription payment has been placed on hold, and you will need to update your credit or debit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Subscription will resume.

To update your payment information, you can go to your account on our website at mdlogichealth.com. We accept credit card and debit card payments for Subscriptions.  



SUBSCRIPTION ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

Confirmation emails will be sent after each Subscription is processed and shipped. An email notification will be sent 7 days prior to Subscription renewal.

 

FORMULA CHANGES ON SUBSCRIPTION 

MD Logic Health ( including the cobrand lines) is committed to constantly innovating their product(s), and may update a product(s)’ formula. In the event of such an update, your Subscription will continue as before, except that the product(s) will be replaced with the new formula. You will not be notified separately of this change before a subsequent Subscription is processed and shipped. 


The new formula product(s) will continue on subsequent Subscription unless you choose to cancel.

CHANGES TO OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

MD Logic Health ( including the cobrand subscribers) may modify or update the Subscription policies from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, so please review this page periodically. When there is a change to the policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
