I’m a 46 year old perimenopausal woman and I have never been a runner. I like to ride my bike and walk everyday but I’ve been trying to jog and run a little to get my heart rate up. Since taking creatine, I can run/jog further than ever before. I’ve also noticed that I’m finally building muscle in my arms. And, I’m not sure if it’s the creatine or if I’m just exhausted but my sleep has been amazing this past month since starting creatine!! I just started using this product, and so far so good! I’m really picky about supplements and how easy they are to take. This one dissolves so easily and is tasteless, so easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The ziplock package is also super nice, as it’s slim and fits easily in an overfilled cabinet. Too many powder supplements come in bulky containers, but not this one!

After just a few weeks of using Cynthia’s Creatine, I have increased strength! I am ill with Lyme Disease & other co-infections that have left me weak and with muscle wasting. I believe this product will help me become stronger as I detox of infections.
Each day I take 2 g of an acetal and 2 to 3 capsules of Cynthia Thurlow s alpha GPC. To say that my mental acuity and ability to concentrate and focus longer will be an understatement. I just feel sharp all day without the jitters of caffeine and my physical energy and endurance seems limitless.

I am a 52-year-old post-menopausal female. I started Pilates about three months ago in the hopes to gain better balance, strength, and muscle tone. I wasn’t seeing the improvements that I had hoped for so I bought this creatine and started using it. After two weeks of use prior to my workouts, I have noticed a huge difference. My strength, particularly arm, strength, has improved. As well as my core strength and my overall endurance. I will continue to use this product.

I can tell a difference in my body now that I’ve added this to my daily routine. Only problem is the bag that it comes in. Your hand ends up being covered in the powder. Needs to be in a round bottle type container.

Unlike other unflavored creatine brands, this is truly tasteless. In a pinch I can mix it with water and not taste anything. And I trust Cynthia, and MD Logic to know this is a very clean and high quality supplement.
My sleep has definitely improved since I added this supplement 6 weeks ago. While not a huge issue, I do suggest considering alternate packaging. It’s difficult getting the tiny scoop to the bottom of the bag. Overall, love it and thankful for the subscription!
