What makes AvalonX Magnesium 8 unique?
AvalonX Magnesium 8 contains an unprecedent 8 forms of magnesium, in their most bioavailable forms, and is formulated with nutritional co-factors to further aid absorption: activated B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate) and chelated manganese (manganese bisglycinate chelate). I’m hooked! When I tried this product early on my body didn’t respond well … but I emailed and asked if the product is distributed in such a way I could open the capsules and start small, adding over time. I can’t tell any difference from when I wasn’t taking the Mg8 to now when I am taking it. I have heard that Mg is supposed to do so many things that we lack I will keep taking it but I can’t identify any real benefits.

I have been taking this for about a year now, maybe longer, and will not go without it. This is one of the supplements in my health regimen that I can’t go without! I get wrestles legs which this helps significantly! I can tell, if I don’t take it, I seem to not handle my stress as well as when I do take it. I’ve been playing with timing of dosing now to see that happens like taking half in the morning and half before bed. So far I won’t be switching products anytime soon! I used to use bioptomizers which I also love but this one had just one more form of mag so I had to try and I’ve stuck with it since!
