MD Logic Estro-D-Tox uses a unique blend of Diindolylmethane, Sulforaphane, Calcium D-Glucarate, all typically found in cruciferous vegetables, plus an added antioxidant boost of C-3-G (Cyanidin-3-Glucoside).
Estro-D-Tox uses a double approach to supporting healthy estrogen-susceptible tissues. It includes Diindolylmethane, which promotes the healthy breakdown of estrogen and provides a better balance of estrogenic chemical by-products, whereas Sulforaphane and Calcium D-glucarate complement the DIM by protecting tissues from oxidative stress and supporting Phase II detoxification.
DIM (Di-indolyl-methane) is an advanced metabolite of indole-3-carbinole (I3C0, the indole found in cruciferous vegetables. DIM supplementation positively regulates estrogen metabolism and induces liver enzymes to help neutralize potentially harmful estrogen metabolites and environmental chemicals that mimic estrogen in your body, called xenoestrogens.
Calcium D-Glucarate is found in various fruits and vegetables such as grapefruit, apples, oranges, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. Calcium D-glucarate supports the body’s detoxification system, through the mechanism of glucuronidation. The human body uses glucuronidation to create a variety of substances more water-soluble, thus allowing these by-products to be eliminated from the body.
Also found in Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables is another compound called Sulforaphane. Concentrated 20-50 times more Sulforaphane than raw broccoli sprouts and 300 times more than raw broccoli, Broccophane® used in Estro-D-Tox is completely natural and as clinical studies suggest; its mechanism of action includes increasing the activity of Phase II enzymes that inactivate harmful chemicals and increase the body’s natural defenses against the inflammatory response.
