Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try, really made a difference in my workout. (For years I thought this was for men only). I take 1 after breakfast, and another with dinner.

This was recommend to me by a friend who is a bit of a science nerd. I was saying how I wasn’t eating as much lately especially good sources of protein and I felt a little weaker and less endurance during my home workout routine.
He suggested starting the morning with MD L Branch chain amnion acids. Low in calories low in glycemic response but shown to maintain muscle mass even during caloric restriction.
I wasn’t expecting a lot but to my shock in its days I noticed a significant difference in strength endurance and muscle size. I take 4 pills with coffee in the morning. 2 before my workout and 4-6 after intense exercise.
